Telebuses and teletaxis can be used by everyone. You just need to call us at least 1 hour in advance, if you need their service.
Our telebuses operate on a fixed timetable, just like regular buses. You just have to call the driver, at least 1 hour before departure, if you want to join.
The phone number is provided in the telebus’ timetable. It's easiest to reach the driver from 15 minutes before to 15 minutes after each trip.
All the tickets and cards you can use on regular buses are also valid on telebuses. The rules and regulations for our regular buses also apply to our telebuses.
Teletaxis operate from door to door in specific areas or on designated routes. You just need to call us at least 1 hour before departure, if you want to join.

You can use all our various commuter cards in teletaxis. If you need to pay for a single journey, you must pay by cash in the vehicle – preferably with exact change. The fare is 9,00 DKK per zone for adults and 4,50 DKK for children and pensioners. You must always pay for at least 2 zones.
You cannot bring a bicycle with you in a teletaxi. You can reserve a teletaxi for up to 18 people.
