Questions and answers

Here you can find some of the most frequently asked questions and the answers. If you did not find, what you were looking for, please feel free to contact us.

There is free Wi-Fi in all our express buses and trains. These are open connections that do not require a code.

If you have received a fare evasion penalty (kontrolafgift) for travelling without a valid ticket or card, and you have questions about it, feel free to contact us on telephone 98 11 11 11.

If you have an objection to your fare evasion penalty, you have to contact us no later than the due date for payment of the penalty.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for ticket and card fraud. In addition to the fare evasion penalty, we also always report people to the police if, during an inspection, they present a ticket or card that has been altered.
